Camphor Tree（on the southside of the court buildings)
This tree was exposed to the bombing at a distance of 1,120 meters from the hypocenter. With a height of 17.5 meters and trunk circumference of 3.80 meters, the impressive branches hardly seems like they come from a hibaku tree at all.
Note: the tree is located inside the Hiroshima District Court grounds and entrance without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

- Streetcar: Take the 2 or 6 streetcar line headed for Miyajima-guchi (宮島口) or for Eba (江波), respectively, and get off at Hatchobori (八丁堀); then, change the line to the streetcar bound for Hakushima (白島) and get off at Shukkei-en (縮景園); it's a 2-minute walk from there.
